The Core Principle: Local Processing
Our Drawing Animation and Photo Slideshow tools work in such a way that your pictures are not at any time uploaded to the cloud.
When you pick an image for these features, it goes straight into the memory of the web browser on your device. It doesn't go through the internet to get to us or anyone else. The whole process of creation—from analyzing, creating the animation to making the video—takes place on your device.
The only exception is the Text-to-Image Generator tool, which interacts with an outside service. The tool sends your text prompt to an AI service that generates the image. Your prompt is neither kept nor connected with any personal information.
What This Means For Your Privacy
This local-first method comes with a number of important privacy benefits:
- We Can't See Your Photos: Your pictures are not uploaded, to we don't have access to them. Whether it's your personal memories, professional work, or creative experiments, they all stay with you.
- No Account Needed: As we do not keep a copy of your creations, user accounts, logins or passwords are not necessary. The tools can be used anonymously.
- Safe for Sensitive Content: It is completely safe to use the animation and slideshow for any image that you are using and not to worry about it being stored on a cloud server.
Analytics and Advertising
In order to make our tools free, we rely on Google Analytics to find out how the website is used (e.g. which tools are most popular), and Google AdSense to show ads.
